Welcome to our villa in Ban Huai Yang. The house sits right by the beach with no road in between. From the patio, it is just a few steps to the beach.

Inside the house.
Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and opens onto the living and dining area. You can enjoy your meals indoors or outside overlooking the sea.
Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house.

Outdoor living.
The sea-facing patio has a private jacuzzi. The rooftop terrace has a dining area for six, with views of the sea and the mountains of Myanmar.
Take a dip in the shared 25 metre saltwater pool, swim a few lengths or settle into a sun lounger under a parasol. The pool area is peaceful and spacious, with a children’s pool and seating. There is also a gym on site.
The village shops have all your everyday essentials. At the daily morning market, you can buy fresh fish, fruit and vegetables.
Restaurants are dotted around the area, several just a few hundred metres from the house. Around 50 are open during high season, and about ten stay open all year round.
The villa is self-catering, but help is close at hand, just a phone call away. We are happy to arrange transfers from Bangkok’s airport. The taxi journey takes approximately 4.5 hours.
